Submissions may begin to come in Sunday, Feb. 8th until Saturday, Feb. 28th. Top three and winner will be announced on March 1st. The winner will have an article featuring them and their art in the March Edition of The Golden Horse Quarterly and the winning piece will be displayed on the North American Budenny Society homepage for a month. The top three runner-ups will be placed in the Gallery. Submission Guidelines:
