Cross country equestrian jumping is an endurance test, and is one of the three phases of the sport of eventing; it may also be a competition in its own right, known as hunter trials or simply “cross-country” – these tend to be lower level, local competitions.

The object of the endurance test is to prove the speed, endurance and jumping ability of the true cross-country horse when he is well trained and brought to the peak of condition. At the same time, it demonstrates the rider’s knowledge of pace and the use of this horse across country.

The first thing you need to do is open up the images that you would like to re-size.  Next to the thumbnail of each image is controls for rotating and cropping the image.  ImageSizer even allows you to edit the name of your re-sized file which is perfect if the photo show you are entering has specific requirements for the file names of your images.  As you can see from the screen shot that each step is clearly marked in the software.  In step two you can set the maximum width and height that your images will be re sized to.  There are areas for future settings to rename files in bulk and to add watermarks to your images as well.

The cropping tool allows you to lock the ratio of the original photo in or you can uncheck that option for a more customized crop.

Now it is time to save your files, ImageSizer will save your files to a new folder or two a zip file so you can email it to the show holder right away.  A future option will be the ability to upload to your Flickr account as well.

One note about ImageSizer is the author uses an analytics tracking system to track use of the software.  You can opt out of this by clicking Application Settings on the top right of the screen and find the Google Analytics button.

If you need to simply track a package the quickest way is Boxoh. Just paste the tracking code of a package from any of the major carriers and Boxoh will show you a map of where your package is and the route it has taken to get there.

If you are sending and receiving lots of packages at any given time then PkgTrack is for you. PkgTrack saves all of your of inbound and outbound shipments that you are tracking so you can view their status with a quick glance. You can add packages via their webpage where you give them an alias and mark them as inbound or outbound. You can also forward emails with tracking codes to PkgTrack and it will automatically add the tracking details to your “My Shipments” area. Once a package is delivered, it will be moved to the completed shipments area untill you remove it from PkgTrack.

On the downside it seems that Ship Gooder has removed UPS from the shipping calculations since I first found the site.
